Stays are normally a minimum of five nights. For stays crossing two price bands, the rental charge is apportioned according to the nights in each band. Brian will confirm the total in your quotation, including the applicable Easter dates for your travel year.

EXTRAS & INCLUSIONS

Know what to expect.

  • Weekly villa rates include tax.
  • Optional electric pool heating costs US$155 per week. Ask Brian for the charge in pounds when requesting your quotation.
  • Heating for the separate hot tub is included at no extra cost.
  • A US$100 cleaning charge applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
  • The booking deposit is normally £400. A separate £150 refundable security deposit is paid with the final balance and refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to the agreed booking conditions and property checks.
Your booking form will specify the final balance due date, available payment methods and booking conditions before you confirm your stay.
